It seems there was an abundance of good eggs at checkout counters this Easter.
Thanks to the tens of thousands of Canadians who purchased Easter Seals’ colourful paper eggs at registers in their provinces between March 20 and April 16, the annual Paper Egg Campaign raised over $210,000 this year!
These donations allow Easter Seals to fund programs and services in their respective provinces that help Canadians of all ages living with disabilities be unstoppABLETM.
“What never ceases to amaze me is not the incredible funds that are raised each year,” Dave Starrett, president and CEO of Easter Seals Canada, explains. “It’s the nationwide support that we receive.”
The Paper Egg Campaign could not have been possible without the continued support of its national sponsors, Red Apple Stories Inc. and Booster Juice; various regional and local sponsors in several communities across the nation; or the overwhelming generosity of our national donors.
Thank you to everyone who made this incredible achievement possible!
