The beginning of March usually signals that spring is almost here – it also marks the start of the annual Easter Seals Paper Egg Campaign. From March 5 – April 1, communities big and small all across Canada will come together to raise funds for Canadians living with disabilities through the annual Easter Seals Paper Egg Campaign. The Paper Egg Campaign is one of Easter Seals’ signature national fundraising and awareness programs, and a key initiative of our Easter Seals Month celebrations.
Throughout the month of March, Easter Seals’ national, provincial and local corporate partners in cities and towns across the country will encourage their customers to purchase colourful Easter Seals Paper Eggs at the checkout for $2 ($1 in Saskatchewan). Customers are asked to sign their name on the eggs which are then proudly displayed on store windows and walls to create a powerful visual display of support.
Funds raised through the Paper Egg Campaign help ensure that all Canadians living with disabilities have access to the life-changing equipment, programs, services and support they need to make the most of their abilities. For more information about the Paper Egg Campaign, a list of participating retailers in each province, or to purchase eggs online, visit www.paperegg.ca.
Easter Seals thanks its National Sponsor, Booster Juice, its local and regional sponsors; and all Canadians who purchase eggs in-store and online throughout the month-long Campaign.
