It’s National AccessAbility Week! May 28 – June 3 is a time to celebrate the valuable contributions and leadership of Canadians with disabilities, the work that is being done to remove barriers and the ongoing efforts to make Canada more inclusive and accessible for all. 

Every Wednesday of National AccessAbility Week, people from all across Canada come together to wear red and make pledges to make our country more accessible and inclusive. Join the 5th annual Red Shirt Day celebration on Wednesday, May 31, 2023!

Featured Program: The Access 2 Card Program

Launched in December of 2004, the Access 2 Card program seeks to offer more opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in recreational activities with an attendant, without added financial burden. It is also designed to raise awareness and help businesses provide quality customer service to customers with disabilities.
